There loss I say.. Okay, it's not my most brilliant looking Quiche, however it smells devine!!! Yummy!!!

Vintage Style Aprons To Make.

I LOVE aprons and need to make myself one for work... kinda of like a uniform. You know, Apron on, work starts. Reminds me I need to make a few childrens apron to use with arts and craft... Just trying to work out what to line them in....

Pikelets

Ingredients

• 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
• 1 tbs caster sugar
• 3/4 cup (185ml) milk
• 1 egg
• Melted butter, to brush, plus extra knobs to serve

Method

1. Sift flour and sugar together into a bowl with a pinch of salt.
2. Whisk milk and egg together, then add to dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat and brush with a little melted butter. Drop level tablespoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and cook for half a minute or until bubbles appear on the surface.
4. Turn over and cook other side for 1 minute until golden.

Makes roughly 20 small pikelets

Thoughts of a playroom

So I am starting to think about my playroom.... What am I after? How do I want it too feel etc... I want it to be different, but not overwhelming... I found this awesome article on creating the Perfect Playroom....

I would love to get some vintage inspired prints up on the wall, much like this one here.
I love the feel of this awesome playroom.... Though my space is not the same...

Oh and this FDC blog is fantastic.....
